About the speaker

Rosie is an Implementation Scientist, and Human Rights Activist, adopting a Human Security approach to support people with disabilities, particularly people who use wheelchairs, to address service system challenges and erosion of personhood.

Building Sustainable Communities of Practice in Health and Social Care is the overarching theme driving her research and education philosophy, advocating for appropriate person-centred service provision as a responsibility of the whole community.
